  • 5 teaspoons raw coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cup raw coconut flakes plus 4 teaspoons for coating
  • 15 raw almonds peeled
  • 3 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of rum


  • Blend coconut oil with coconut flakes, honey, vanilla and rum. Put it into the fridge for about 1 hour. Then, form small g-spots and add an almond inside each one. Coat with coconut flakes. Put them into the fridge again, enjoy after at least 1 hour.
